What’s this project about?

Building of a retro arcade cabinet using MAME/AracdeMAME to play all of those wonderful classic games.

front and back view of the cabinet - height is about 180cm, weight about 120 pounds (without 28" CRT tube and PC hardware) !
the core hardware (standard x86 mainboard, power supply and pci card) during the development process
everything is mounted inside some kind of a drawer
this is the simple sound amplifier using a IC from a old ISA sound card.
