Where to get the ITU-T/CCITT recommendations / standards
You may get them from International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The problem is, that you have to pay for
them. But you can get a free/trial access and are allowd to get three recommendations within a year for free.
Another method is to grab the recommendations from the web using google or another search engine. The most important files
